Hollow fiber membrane pleated cartridge capsule-type filter
Hollow fiber membranes for liquids, pleated material cartridges (10 inches to 30 inches), and capsule-type filters. (Only the 10-inch cartridge-type housing is available in our lineup.) They are ideal for filtering tap water, drinking water, pure water, and chemicals. ■ Features of the filter material - Pleated material This structure wraps non-woven fabric filter media around a core (support), resulting in a smaller filtration area compared to hollow fiber membranes, but it is optimal for filtering relatively coarse foreign substances due to its larger pore size. We offer types ranging from 0.05 to 100 μm. (100 μm corresponds to the size of a human hair, and 50 μm corresponds to the size of pollen.) - Hollow fiber membrane material Unlike non-woven fabric, there is no need to wrap the filter media around a core (support), allowing for a higher density of membranes in the module. This results in a larger filtration area compared to pleated-type filters.
